we are the funnel.
as children we are noones. but then we are raised to become someone. our whole world is built up around the stories we create about ourselves and our lives: the things we believe in; the things we are taught to strive for; the good and the bad; the person we believe ourselves to be.
we are so caught up in our stories, in our minds that we do not realise. we become our identity. but is it who we are? our true nature? or a conditioned self created to fulfil our parents’, our friends’, our teachers’ our societies expectations?
we become whatever we give energy to. we explain away all our experience to fit in with our stories but our body remembers. we build up charge in our body whenever we drift from ourselves.
energy is the original language of mother earth. we are but fields of energy vibrating with our surroundings. sensations, emotions, thoughts: all vibrational frequencies. we all resonate with that which has a similar vibration. we subconsciously take on the emotions, sensations and thoughts of those around us that vibrate with us, and believe them to be our own. strengthening our identity and our beliefs in the way the world functions.
we don’t need social media to get sucked into a funnel, we are the funnel.
we don’t need to be on Facebook to get drawn into a funnel, we are the funnel.
our life is merely a reflection of what we identify with. or have identified with. on this life. on previous ones, who can say for sure. oost of this is subconscious.
we all live in a world. the same world. or so we believe. but are we seeing the same things? we are mostly unaware of the role our past identifications play in the world we see. that which we have stored away.
whenever we feel an emotion, immediately we connect it to our beliefs and reinforce that which we once idenified with. it doesn’t make it any more real.
the more we store away the more our body gets congested causing all kinds of problems. the older we get the more fixed we get in our ideas as that which we have identified with has become us and it has become all there is left to see.
the things we have subconsciously picked up from our surroundings.
our conditioning is mostly subconscious. this makes it hard for many to believe. but then again you don’t have to believe it to experience it. and experience it we can, without any need for experience.
be open.
once we realise what is going on and see that the emotions, sensations and thoughts we have our not ours our body starts to feel safe and liberate us from these experiences in our lives.
allowing us to see, feel, hear, smell and experience more of life. and free our bodies from the struggles of our past.
