life.
a lot gets lost in translation when it comes to life, to spirituality. whatever we like to call it. different paths, different stories, the same ever changing non-dualistic essence.
or it would appear.
we don’t need the stories.
our potential is limitless, as long as we - our likes and dislikes, our sense of identity, our stories - don’t get in the way.
we are so busy. the belief that there is something we need to do or change, someone we need to become, keeps us trapped in selfreinforcing challenges, injustices and ultimately disease.
we don’t need to try so hard. our essence is relaxed. the less we do the more we achieve.
we can see ourselves as a reflection of energy tuning into a story. when we tune into a frequency, a story, we will experience the world that resonates with it.
“our” experiences, challenges only exist in a subjective relationship to ourselves. the way we judge and act upon what shows up in life - experiences, feelings, judgements, perceptions - makes and keeps our life the way it is.
—-
stop giving energy to fear. our societies are built around fear, which creates anger when we don’t live by our own truth; whether we are conscious of it or not. we are conditioned from an early age which makes it harder to see.
none of it is ours.
—-
we do not need to dig into our past to release it. if we stop giving energy to any frequency of information, past identifications will release.
it starts with mindful presence: not pushing anything away, not giving energy to what shows up. there is no need to judge, no good or bad, just notice.
the rational mind keeps us fooled. so dare allow your relationship to the mind to clear, letting go of whoever you think you are. it’s merely a perspective.
we can regenerate, restoring balance and harmony, in any moment.
—-
be open to new perspectives.
allow life to become a force of energy that flows through you. so the doing self itself proves to be the illusion.
when we surrender into life, all boundaries start to dissolve.
we are life. we are light.
